United Way Winnipeg (UWW), together with its donors, volunteers, and partners, exists to unite Winnipeggers from all walks of life around a shared purpose:
making Winnipeg a better place for everyone.
For nearly 60 years, United Way Winnipeg has inspired collective action, convened diverse voices, and invested in local solutions that tackle the root causes of poverty, inequity, and social exclusion.

Each year, thousands of Winnipeggers contribute their time, resources, and expertise to create lasting change.
United Way Winnipeg builds strong partnerships across the community, helping youth succeed, moving families from poverty to possibility, and supporting healthy people and thriving neighbourhoods.

As one of the largest and most trusted charities in Manitoba, United Way Winnipeg plays a critical leadership role in Winnipeg's social impact landscape.
With annual revenues exceeding $35 million, the organization's work extends well beyond the annual campaign.
United Way Winnipeg supports over 125 community-based agencies and programs through stable multi-year funding and capacity-building investments, while also driving systems change and social innovation through initiatives such as youth mental health hubs, For Every Family, and 211 Manitoba.

United Way Winnipeg is a volunteer-led organization, guided by a strong volunteer and intentional staff partnership model that is foundational to its structure and success.
Volunteers are engaged in every functional area of the organization, working alongside staff to ensure excellence, accountability, and impact.
The organization is powered by a committed Board of Trustees, hundreds of dedicated volunteers and a team of 80+ staff - all working together to create lasting change for Winnipeggers.
As a high-profile and deeply respected brand, United Way Winnipeg requires executive-level leadership to steward its resources, partnerships, and impact into the future.
