Registered Nurse RN - Inpatient Crisis Team - Full-Time Nights

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient crisis team, contributing to our mission of building a healthier community one person at a time.
This position is situated at our new acute care behavioral health facility, which opened in late 2023, in collaboration with Larimer County. This facility aims to provide licensed, equitable, and culturally relevant care to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises.

Location:

Longview Campus, Fort Collins, Colorado
Work Schedule:

Full-time nights; 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts available.
Your Role:

As a Crisis Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in managing urgent situations by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement immediate treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring vital signs and ensuring the health and safety of clients.
Administering medications and evaluating clients for side effects.
Collaborating with team members to coordinate medical care and interventions.
Conducting clinical assessments and crisis interventions.
Maintaining clinical records and documenting significant interactions.
Managing medication supplies and conducting audits to comply with regulations.
Educating clients about medications and treatment plans.
Requirements:
Current unencumbered Colorado RN license.
Valid Colorado driver's license.
No prior experience required; new graduates with an interest in behavioral health are encouraged to apply.
Ability to engage with diverse communities and communicate effectively with individuals from various backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual and bi-cultural candidates.
One year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range is $35 to $42 per hour, based on experience, with additional shift differentials and a potential bonus of up to $9,000 for qualified candidates. Join a supportive environment with access to:
