We are seeking a passionate Night Behavioral Health Therapist to help us build a healthier community at SummitStone Health Partners. If you are committed to fostering trust, empowering recovery, and inspiring hope, we want to hear from you!
Your Role:
As a Night Behavioral Health Therapist, you will provide crucial clinical assessment, therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services for adults and children facing mental health and substance use challenges. You'll work collaboratively with internal and external teams to create and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring optimal support for each client.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
Performing comprehensive behavioral health screenings and assessments.
Providing crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation.
Coordinating care with medical providers and community resources.
Supporting and promoting team values for the best client outcomes.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary, with a night shift differential of $7.00/hour.
Potential for bonuses up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
Registered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure.
At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field.
