Join Our Team as a Crisis Inpatient Registered Nurse!

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at our innovative acute care behavioral health facility, which opened in late 2023. In collaboration with Larimer County, this facility offers vital and culturally relevant care to those experiencing crises due to mental health and substance use disorders.

Position Details:
Location: Longview Campus, Fort Collins, Colorado
Status: Full-time nights (36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts) and PRN positions available
Shift Differential: Night shift differential of $7.00/hour.
Bonus Opportunity: Up to $9,000 available for those who qualify!
As a Crisis Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Managing high-stress situations and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement immediate treatment plans.
Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and conducting laboratory tests.
Performing rapid physical and behavioral health assessments while providing compassionate support to clients and their families.
Transitioning care in high-pressure environments and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Documenting significant interactions and maintaining accurate clinical records.
Required Qualifications:
Unencumbered Colorado RN license
Valid Colorado driver's license
Strong interest in Behavioral Health (new graduates are welcome)
Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual and bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred but not mandatory.
