Onze locatie in Sloten-Friesland is een essentieel onderdeel van ons wereldwijde netwerk. Hier produceren we hoogwaardige melkvervangers voor jongvee, zoals kalfjes, biggetjes en lammetjes. Onze producten helpen onze klanten bij het geven van een gezonde start aan hun dieren, wat bijdraagt aan hun welzijn en een duurzame productieketen. Ben jij een gedreven HSE-professional die niet alleen de veiligheid bewaakt, maar ook meedenkt en hands-on ondersteunt?
In deze rol maak je deel uit van een klein, dynamisch team en je speelt een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu (HSE) en het naleven van wet- en regelgeving.
Over de rol:
Leidinggeven aan HSE-projecten en het implementeren van nieuwe standaarden en veiligheidsmaatregelen.
Het verbeteren en onderhouden van ons veiligheidsbeheerssysteem.
Adviseren en ondersteunen van afdelingen met focus op veiligheid (o.a. ATEX) en het naleven van wet- en regelgeving.
Het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, zoals HAZOP en het bijwerken van veiligheidsprocedures.
Actief bijdragen aan incidenten- en ongevallenonderzoeken en de follow-up.
Het coördineren van BHV (Bedrijfshulpverlening) en het adviseren van medewerkers over gezondheids- en veiligheidsaspecten.
Een coachende rol aannemen in het verhogen van veiligheidsbewustzijn onder medewerkers.
Vaardigheden en expertise
Kwalificaties:
Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau en in het bezit van een afgeronde HVK of IVK opleiding.
Revante ervaring binnen het HSE vakgebied, bij voorkeur ervaring in een Seveso bedrijf.
Kennis en ervaring met ATEX is een pré.
Ervaring met het transport van gevaarlijke goederen (ADR/IMDG) is een pré.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift.
Proactief, gestructureerd en planmatig werkend met een goed analytisch vermogen.
