Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
Under the general direction of the Manager, Solution Support, the Application Support Analyst II will be responsible for and play a technical expertise role in the deployment and support of various intranet and internet websites within the provincial healthcare environment.
Experience
3+ years related technical experience within a website development environment, including:
Designing, building, and maintaining websites
Implementing online web forms
Supporting back-end technical environment including database, container, and web server tiers.
Collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams and clients
Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
A post-secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.
An equivalent combination of relevant training and experience may be considered.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
Requires a vehicle and valid driver's license.
Qualifications and Skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities at the staff level. Shared Health has adopted the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework.
Demonstrated technical skills using the following: Wordpress, Gravity Forms, Linux, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, PHP, Apache, MySQL, Twig, JSON, Photoshop or similar, Containers (Docker or Podman preferred).
Physical Requirements
Overtime and on-call services.
