Make an impact.Explore opportunities today!Key responsibilitiesSupport the preparation and submission of accurate payroll data for store employees across multiple European countriesCollect and verify necessary employee information such as working hours, bonuses, joiners/leavers, and other compensation-related changes, in collaboration with local HR and ManagersAssist in maintaining up-to-date employee records and ensure timely communication of any payroll changes to external payroll providersHelp monitor payroll deadlines and ensure data is provided on timeSupport in resolving payroll-related queries from employees, HR Business Partners, or payroll providers, and escalate issues when neededCooperate with payroll team members and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll processingTake part in ongoing process improvement initiatives and support documentation of payroll processesThe successful candidate will need the following:
Basic to intermediate Excel skills; willingness to develop advanced skillsInterest in HR/employment law and willingness to learn about payroll regulations across different countriesBasic knowledge or education in payroll, business administration, finance, or accounting (post-secondary education or courses in progress are also acceptable)Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers and large data setsWell-organized with a proactive and methodical approach to tasksProfessional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and customer serviceGood communication skills - both written and verbal - and ability to work well with othersSome experience in payroll, HR administration, finance or similar - internship or 1-2 years' experience preferred (experience in retail is a plus but not required)What we offer:
