The Senior Marketing Designer is a pivotal role within our creative team, responsible for guiding and motivating a team of talented Graphic Designers to deliver immersive and high-quality marketing assets.
This role involves significant responsibility and offers the opportunity to drive the development of a strong team, leveraging your artistic and technical expertise.This is a full-time, fully remote position, with the possibility to work from our Product Madness office in Gdańsk (al.
Grunwaldzka 50).
What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful marketing art in a fast-paced, live environment.Manage priorities for time-sensitive projects effectively.Act as a brand mentor, innovating templates and visual user flows.Share best design practices and reflect on experiences to foster continuous learning.Create logos and flagship campaigns, representing the team in presentations.Maintain professionalism and deliver superior, professional designs.Expand skill sets through classes and mentoring.Assist in onboarding new team members and mentor lower-level designers.What We're Looking ForExtensive experience in a similar role within the marketing design field, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.Proven track record of leading design projects and teams.Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.High proficiency in graphic design fundamentals.Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.Strong skills in logo creation and team presentations.
