The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an CO Analyst - Credit & Collection with Italian (m/f/x)
• , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:

• Managing all aspects of the collections process to ensure timely and efficient recovery of outstanding receivables and effective credit management for an assigned customer portfolio

• Monitoring and identifying accounts that may pose a credit risk or require a credit hold

• Professionally handling payment issues and disputes with global customers through email and phone communication

• Maintaining accurate records of collections activities and customer-specific information

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all collections efforts

• Collaborating with other departments, including finance, sales, and customer service, to address issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Italian and English language (min.
  B2)

• Experience in working with SAP / Oracle / Excel or Salesforce.com preferred but not required

• Previous experience in working in finance operations, customer support or order management preferred but not required
