En collaboration avec les Chefs de partie, le titulaire du poste est responsable du service dans la préparation des repas en exécutant des tâches en vue d'accélérer la préparation des mets et ainsi offrir un service gastronomique à la clientèle de l'établissement.
Principales tâches :
Exécute des préparations de base pour certains plats ;
Lave, pèle et coupe les fruits et les légumes, nettoie, coupe et hache les viandes et les poissons ;
Prépare les postes de travail, pèse et prépare les ingrédients ;
Surveille la cuisson des plats ;
Aide à préparer les repas et à monter les assiettes ;
S'assure de la propreté de son poste de travail ;
Maintien toutes les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité ;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
