About the Hotel:
The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa Bahrain is ideally located in the heart of the city's commercial and diplomatic area with 245 keys as well as 121 residence units. The hotel also has one of the largest convention centers in the city, 15 meeting rooms, six restaurants and bars, the Diplomat Garden with 3 swimming pools, the extensive The Diplomat Spa, a state-of-the-art gym, and an exclusive Ladies' only Spa & Gym. Two newly renovated dining venues await your creativity and touch!
Key Responsibilities of a Spa Therapist:
Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional treatments, service, and attitude to wow clients.
Greet guests on arrival to the Spa and throughout their visit in a warm, welcoming, and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met.
Adhere to the standards set for treatments and customer service.
Manage individual treatment rooms, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining hygiene and organization standards.
Requirements for a Spa Therapist:
Willingness to learn and develop through continuous assessment and training.
Maintain an immaculate appearance at all times, including personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform.
Assist in operational aspects of the Spa, such as laundry, relaxation and changing rooms, and maintaining cleanliness of public areas.
Represent the Spa and hotel professionally at all times while on duty.
