What is BPay?
BPay is a fiat money wallet designed to support Binance's cryptocurrency business. It allows customers to hold and store their funds, enabling them to purchase cryptocurrencies on the Binance platform through verified, matching account names.
Responsibilities
Business Process Management: Collaborate with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with the standards and frameworks set by the operating office and operational risk team.
Process Evaluation: Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously analyze business processes related to productivity, quality, and costs.
Reporting: Present process performance reports and incorporate feedback for improvements.
Project Management: Identify gaps in delivery, recommend process enhancements, and lead internal projects to improve outcomes.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to implement process improvements.
Implementation Oversight: Manage all aspects of implementing process improvement initiatives.
Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to scale operations.
Communication Management: Handle communication with third-party partners, resolve customer issues, and follow up on delays and pending items.
Department Liaison: Act as a key contact between BPay and outsourced departments such as Customer Service and KYC/KYB teams.
Requirements
1-3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent practical experience.
Preferably with consulting experience, either internal or external.
Hands-on experience in operational or business process management, preferably within a financial services organization.
Strong coordination skills and a strategic mindset for cross-team collaboration.
Proven stakeholder management experience.
Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
