Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a highly motivated, customer-obsessed professional for our Data Center Security team in Bahrain Cluster.
As a Data Center Security Specialist (DSS), you will manage daily security operations, support security projects, and ensure compliance with AWS policies and procedures.
Join a diverse team and contribute to delivering secure, reliable, and cost-effective data center services.
Key job responsibilities

Lead daily operational security within a security operations team across multiple facilities.
Drive security awareness campaigns to enhance vigilance and effectiveness.
Develop workflow ticketing and performance metrics extraction.
Lead security investigations across campus facilities.
Oversee physical security vendors, including guards, electronic security systems, and access controls.
Manage security construction projects.
Provide security awareness training to data center personnel.

Basic Qualifications

Fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security.
At least 2 years of experience in physical security management.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
Membership in a security professional body.
Security-specific qualifications or ongoing personal development.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
