Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool
Join our team as a versatile Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool, where you will provide nursing care across various units within a healthcare facility, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in meeting patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments, in different departments as needed.
Conduct nursing assessments and document patient information accurately in medical records.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Adapt to changing environments and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Participate in ongoing education to maintain competencies across multiple nursing specialties.
Work Environment:
The role is based in hospitals or healthcare facilities where RNs may work in various units such as medical-surgical, critical care, or emergency departments.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, unpredictable environments.
