Our client is an established, growing, and well-respected commercial landscape contractor. They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be adept at evaluating project costs, timelines, and resources. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are both cost-effective and high-quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of project plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
Research and source cost-effective materials and labor options.
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and reports for client presentations.
Monitor and track project costs to ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
Update and maintain estimating databases and tools.
Assist in risk assessment and management strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field are preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating within the landscaping industry or construction industry.
Proficient in estimation software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
