We are a locally owned and operated full-service Landscape Contractor with a successful track record in the Denver Metro for almost 20 years.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Maintenance Branch Manager to oversee our operations in [insert location]. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing teams and projects within the landscape industry.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the landscape maintenance branch, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.- Lead and motivate a team of landscape professionals, including crew members, supervisors, managers, sales, and administrative staff.- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards on all projects.- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.- Collaborate with other departments within the company to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Business Management, or related field (preferred).- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
