HEY - Aufgaben Leitung der gesamten Front-Office-Abteilung (Rezeption, Nightshift,) bei der Abwesenheit vom Front Office Manager
Verantwortlich der täglichen Personalbesetzung, planen und zuweisen von Aufgaben
Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung, Führung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter
Optimieren der bestehenden Prozesse
Sicherstellen der "HEY"-igen Qualitäts- und Gästeservicestandards
Pflege und Betreuung des Front-Office-Programms (Opera Cloud V8)
Überwachen des täglichen Front-Office-Geschäfts
HEY - Profil Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie und Erfahrung in der Personalführung
Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position und Unternehmen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
Gästeorientiertes und professionelles Handeln
Gepflegte Umgangsformen, sicheres Auftreten, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität
Interesse, Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für Ihren Beruf
Teamfähigkeit und Motivationstalent
