ABOUT THE ROLE: This role is an entry-level position to learn all aspects of property management.

Your key responsibilities, will be (and not limited):

Have a professional mindset
Growing portfolio
Assist Property managers with managing Healthy Homes updates/and any new Legislation moving forward.
Administration & documentation skills to promptly resolve questions and requests from tenants and landlords.
Create and distribute marketing for the Property Management Team
Process applications, credit and reference check.
Conduct viewings and doing inspections to assess the condition of properties and report any problems or issues to property managers.
Managing rent arrears and ensuring timely rent collection from tenants.
Managing repairs and maintenance of rental properties
Facilitating effective communication between tenants, landlords, and tradespeople.
Assisting with tribunal applications and hearings.
Assist in relief of property portfolio when Property Managers are on leave.
This a full-time role 8.30am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday. And roster work on Saturdays, as required.
You will be required to work from the company offices

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR: The successful candidate is to be a team player who is well-presented, pleasant, and well-mannered. You have to be focused, highly motivated, looking for growth, and want to be promoted in the company. You must be a self-starter and have great attention to detail. As one of the first points of contact for the business, you are to have good face-to-face interactions.

You will need to have:

Experience working in a busy office environment
Great interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office
Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
A can-do attitude and proactive mindset to tackle challenges head on
Able to multitask and prioritize work
Self-motivated and able to work well independently and as part of the team
Be a natural problem solver and will enjoy achieving excellent outcomes for your client and the company
Bi or multilingual is preferred but not essential *A full and clean driver's license is essential
