We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide top-notch service to our patients!

This is apermanent part time position working 18 hours across 2 days per week from Monday to Friday.

About the position and you:
As a receptionist you will report to the Medical Centre Manager and will enjoy exposure to all of the following and more:
Greeting and checking in patients on arrival
Thrive in a busy environment
Answering incoming telephone calls
Booking appointments on phone and in person
Invoicing and collecting fees from patients
Administrative tasks as needed
You will bring to the role:
Experienced in administration and working in teams
Experienced in healthcare (preferably)
Focused
Friendly
Reliable
A professional attitude, great customer service and a meticulous eye for detail
Enjoy working in a diverse environment
Experience withNZ Practice Management System
Decision making and problem solving skills
The successful applicant will be flexible with hours, methodical with a systems orientation, and have a good head for numbers as well as good people skills
