About the role

This role involves dual responsibilities: Customer Service and Claims. Communication with customers is conducted via phone and email.

Key Areas / Functions

Provide excellent customer service to clients with life, hospitalization, dental, and bill protector policies.
Handle administrative tasks: respond to emails, manage reports, cancel policies, process claims.
Maintain good knowledge of the portfolio to answer customer queries related to products and claims.
Manage complaints in accordance with country regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments and partners for improved service delivery.
Participate in call monitoring and quality reviews to assess team performance.
Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to supervisors.
Support team members to achieve collective goals and targets.

Key Skills and Knowledge

Experience in Life Insurance products, claims processing, and customer service organizations.
Experience in complaint resolution.
Experience in a Contact Centre environment.
Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Advanced level of Italian (native speaker preferred).
Advanced level of English; additional European languages are a plus.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive and able to work independently, with a focus on process improvements.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.
Conflict management skills.
