FunctievereistenWat zoeken wij?
• Vloeiend in de Nederlandse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) is een vereiste.
• Goede beheersing van het Engels om vlot te kunnen communiceren met collega's en klanten.
• Een diploma secundair onderwijs (middelbare school) of gelijkwaardig.
• Eerdere ervaring in klantenservice of een vergelijkbare functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden om klantvragen efficiënt af te handelen.
• Vlot in het gebruik van computersystemen en bekend met diverse softwaretoepassingen.
• Beschikbaarheid om flexibele werkuren te draaien, inclusief avonden, weekends en feestdagen.
