We are the largest chain of orthodontic clinics in Europe, utilizing fully digital processes. We have revolutionized the invisible orthodontic sector with a team of professionals dedicated to making people smile and employing the latest technology for diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team, playing a key role in ensuring operational excellence across our European clinics.
This role involves auditing facilities, overseeing maintenance of medical and infrastructure equipment, implementing corrective and preventive actions, optimizing costs, and managing supplier relationships to uphold high standards across clinics.
The position requires travel : 20-30% across clinics in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
What You'll Do
Clinic Audits (25%) : Assess cleanliness, facility condition, medical equipment, inventory, expiry dates, and revision schedules.
Action Plan Development & Implementation (10%) : Collaborate with internal teams to address issues identified during audits.
Corrective Maintenance (50%) : Prioritize maintenance requests, source and negotiate with suppliers, and maintain a list of repair providers.
Preventive Maintenance (10%) : Work with the Senior Procurement Manager to develop and execute a maintenance calendar.
Cost Monitoring (5%) : Analyze expenditure data by clinic and location to identify deviations.
Training & Best Practices : Deliver training to clinic teams on maintenance and equipment care, sharing best practices for efficiency and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
At least 3 years of project management and maintenance experience.
2-3 years of relevant studies (e.g., operations management).
Willingness to travel across Europe.
Experience in European project management, budgeting, and analytics.
Experience in auditing, supplier management, and cost analysis.
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
