You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the operational trade employees.
You are responsible for optimizing the operational processes in coordination with the department management and the profitability of your area of responsibility.
You take on the creation of productivity analyses as well as the identification and elimination of weaknesses.
You are responsible for ensuring high-quality sea freight handling and implementing measures to maintain high customer satisfaction.
You take on the overall processing and resolution of irregularities, complaints, and escalation management.
You create customer-specific instructions and are responsible for the sea freight export pricing setup of the trade.
Intensive collaboration with various internal stakeholders, such as sales and our branches in Germany and overseas, also falls within your area of responsibility.

About You

You have successfully completed your commercial training, ideally in the field of International Trade / logistics.
You have several years of professional experience in the field of logistics with a focus on sea freight export.
You have initial experience in leading employees and have achieved demonstrable success with your team.
You have a high customer orientation and enjoy working in a team.
You have a high quality awareness, are proactive and solution-oriented.
You support your team and motivate your employees every day anew, ensuring good cooperation.
Intercultural competence as well as very good English skills in both written and spoken form complete your profile.
Knowledge of German would be an asset
