Desde Claire Joster estamos buscando un/a Técnico/a de ofertas de edificación para una empresa del sector de la construcción-estudios dedicado a prestar servicios a cliente en el área de estudios.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
• Análisis de Licitaciones y Concursos:
Evaluar las bases de licitaciones y concursos para determinar los requisitos y alcances del proyecto
• Elaboración de Propuestas Técnicas:
Desarrollar propuestas detalladas que incluyan únicamente aspectos técnicos, asegurando cumplan con las especificaciones del cliente.
La parte económica no se realiza.
• Presentación de Ofertas:
Preparar y presentar las ofertas a los clientes, destacando los beneficios y ventajas de las soluciones propuestas ¿Qué ofrecemos?
• Contrato indefinido
• Horario Flexible, 40 horas semanales.
• Teletrabajo 100%
• Posibilidad de trabajar en cualquier parte de España
• Desarrollo profesional
• Salario competitivo Requisitos:
-Arquitectura o Grado en edificación o similar - Mínimo 5 años de experiencia - Conocimiento avanzado en Autocad y Presto - Conocimiento avanzado en paquete office - Ingles valorable
