We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Lending Business Expert to join our Acquisition Team of Easy Financing Tribe .

The responsibility of this team is increasing our portfolio of personal loans adding new clients and maintaining existing ones, by developing a line of attractive, competitive and easy products and services.

We are passionate about improving the customer's experience . You will help us to develop new customer features, seamless customer processes and new enablers to be faster in future developments.

This will grant you a dynamic environment, growth potential and the possibility to have real impact. You will receive close support and attention from your business leader in the delivery of your duties and your professional development.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Lending business expert you will:

Have an end-to-end responsibility to provide customers with the most reliable and innovative way to manage their financing needs with us.

Suggesting actionable insights to improve customer experience in the different channels and optimize commercial strategies.

Supporting and advising the business on reporting needs and analytical requirements , to ensure data-driven business monitoring and decision-making.

Have a complete understanding of the business dynamics to ensure a comprehensive projection of the key business metrics .

Conducting customer analyses to determine customer lifetime value, customer segmentation, and forecast customer development.

Be the 'Business Guardian' of unsecured lending product/service, working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.

Work closely with key stakeholders to achieve the initiatives that respond to the vision, strategy and road map of ING Spain.

Work in Agile teams, focusing always in delivering value to our customers in a fast way while continuously improving the way we work.

Be a team player. As an expert, you will deliver all the necessary business know-how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared Tribe purpose.

A strong set of business and analytical abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or other degree with strong analytical content.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector, preferably in a similar role, as a customer journey expert / Business analyst / Data Analyst.
• With product management skills linked to unsecured lending products:
  personal loans and credit card.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset, with solid knowledge in Excel & SQL. Knowledge in SAS & Python are appreciated.
• Global vision. Strategic and creative thinker.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English is a must.
• With strong knowledge about Agile WoW.
