What we are looking for

Currently, we're seeking a Key User specialist to resolve computer and process issues. You will ensure compliance with service quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Solving computer and process problems as a specialist.
Handling first-level technical assistance activities, supporting warehouse users with WMS issues; escalating to second and third-level support (European support) as needed.
Defining scope and requirements for WMS change requests and new functionalities. Managing change requests and monitoring processes.
Testing warehouse management systems for new developments, managing tickets for error resolution, assisting in deploying new WMS versions, and supporting the maintenance team.
Managing client relations related to software issues, providing updates on ticket progress.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A higher degree in IT or engineering is preferred.
English proficiency:
minimum B2 level or equivalent, with ongoing communication with multidisciplinary teams across Europe.
Strong teamwork skills and resilience under stress.
Analytical skills for systems and process analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement focus.
At least 1 year of experience with warehouse management software (WMS). Experience with Reflex is a plus.
