Southern Europe and LATAM Commercial Coordinator (12 months FTC)Role, missions & responsibilitiesYou will be a key member of our daily Spanish, Southern Europe and LATAM operations, leading success from a back office perspective to special projects associated with scaling a hyper growth business.You will be responsible for:
Travel and event organizationExpense managementInvoicing tracking and support with coordinating sales people to gain subscription datesSupporting on Sales coordination and Sales Administration support with Salesforce topics, Letter of Intent and contracts.Supporting on specific projects for VP Southern Europe & LATAM and wider team and Marketing activitiesOffice managementTaking / tracking actionsAdhoc projectsThis job description is indicative only and does not represent an exhaustive list of responsibilities.

Experience:
2-4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.Prior experience in supporting commercial teams across Southern Europe / LATAM is a plus.Language Skills:
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian (both written and spoken) is required.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is desirable.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.WHY JOIN DEEPKI?Deepki is a company with a cause:
