As a Sr. Operation Project Manager, Global, you will oversee projects to improve operations (Sales and CS) support and customer satisfaction. Your role involves bringing innovative ideas and solutions, with a strong focus on customer feedback and developing playbooks and content that resonate with our upsell teams and customers.

Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely, within-budget delivery.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytical tools to derive insights for continuous improvement.
Documentation Management: Develop and implement playbooks and content to enhance customer experience and support operational growth across markets.
Innovation and Problem Solving: Propose new ideas and solutions, addressing challenges proactively.
Customer Feedback Loop: Maintain a feedback loop to meet customer needs and expectations.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to share insights and drive initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, focusing on improving GTM and retention strategies, and understanding sales processes and customer journeys within upsell products.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed plans with clear goals, timelines, resources, and budgets.

Qualifications

Proven Project Management Experience: Successful project management within tech companies, with cross-team collaboration skills.
Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for decision-making and improvement.
Operational Enablement: Experience in creating training programs and documentation for efficient processes.
Customer Journey Expertise: Deep understanding of customer needs and feedback integration.
Sales & GTM Strategy: Experience in developing and executing sales and go-to-market strategies, especially in healthcare B2B.
Project Management Tools: Skilled in JIRA, Trello, or similar tools.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Problem-Solving Skills: Creative in overcoming challenges.
Flexibility: Adaptable to changing circumstances.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
