Descripción del puesto: Estamos en la búsqueda de un Affiliate Manager talentoso y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de buscar afiliados para nuestras nuestras campañas de afiliación y asi atraer el máximo tráfico posible y conseguir nuevos clientes para incorporar en nuestras campañas. Valoramos especialmente la experiencia en el sector y el haber trabajado con afiliados directos y networks de afiliación reconocidas.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones sólidas con afiliados y socios estratégicos.
Habilidades de Trafficker, conocimiento de como atraer el máximo tráfico posible.
Planificar y ejecutar campañas de afiliación efectivas para aumentar el tráfico y las conversiones.
Identificar y reclutar nuevos afiliados potenciales para expandir nuestra red.
Supervisar y analizar el rendimiento de las campañas, ajustando estrategias para optimizar resultados.
Colaborar con los equipos de marketing para gestionar y liderar campañas de email marketing y actividades relacionadas.
Alinear las iniciativas de afiliación con los objetivos generales de la empresa.
Negociar acuerdos y condiciones con afiliados y proveedores de servicios.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias del mercado y mejores prácticas en marketing de afiliación.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura o Grado en Marketing o campo relacionado. Se valoraran conocimientos
Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Affiliate Manager o en un rol similar, preferiblemente en el sector financiero.
Experiencia demostrable trabajando con afiliados directos (brokers, comparadores o lenders) y networks de afiliación (Tradedoubler, Adtraction, FinanceAds, Madz,Awin, etc. )
Fluidez total en inglés , tanto escrito como hablado, para apoyar nuestra futura expansión internacional.
Otros idiomas a valorar: italiano
Conocimiento profundo de estrategias y herramientas de marketing de afiliación (affise, hasoffers, phonexa, eMas, etc)
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Capacidad para analizar datos y generar informes de rendimiento.
Orientación a resultados con mentalidad proactiva.
Se valorarán conocimientos y experiencia con mercados LATAM para futura expansión.
Familiaridad con el sector financiero y de créditos es un plus.
Familiaridad con CRM como Hubspot o similares.
