TecBrain is seeking a talented and experienced Python Developer to join our innovative tech team.
This full-time role focuses on back-end development and the enhancement of our flagship platforms, tbRetail and tbGold365.
You will play a key role in developing high-performance software, optimizing databases, and contributing to the evolution of solutions that drive data-driven decision-making in the retail, real estate, and banking sectors.
This position is based in the Barcelona area.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain scalable back-end systems to support our platforms.
• Design and implement object-oriented programming (OOP) solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and data teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of tbRetail and tbGold365, powering analytics and business intelligence for our clients.
• Engage in problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning to keep systems running smoothly.
• Communicate and coordinate with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For :

• Strong expertise in back-end web development and software architecture.
• Solid experience with Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI ).
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and database management.
• Experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and real-time data processing.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Bonus Points for :

• Experience in the real estate, retail, or banking sectors.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, cloud services ( AWS, GCP ), or ERP systems.
• Experience working with Odoo Framework.
