We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a backend focus to join the integrations team of our client, a leading cloud contact center platform.
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining contact center integrations with Epic EHR applications, enabling healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
1.
Designing, testing, and maintaining integrations with Epic EHR applications using Java frameworks.
2.
Building and enhancing integrations between Epic and third-party systems to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.
3.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across backend, frontend, and virtual desktop environments.
4.
Maintaining detailed records of development workflows, code changes, and system configurations.
5.
Providing technical assistance and training for end-users as needed.
Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years of Java development experience, focusing on server-side solutions.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience with CRM integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
