We are looking for a position in the IT division in Potsdam or Bonn, starting as soon as possible:

Position: IT product support and development of procurement management application (f / m / d) (salary group A 12 BBesO / pay group 12 TVöD Bund, ID: ZEIT3325, job ID: 1281671)

This is a permanent role under the collective agreement for public service (TVöD Bund), pay group 12. Depending on the applicant, an additional temporary specialist allowance of up to 1,500 euros/month may be considered.

You will support our award management application (AI Award Manager of Administration Intelligence), integrating it into our SAP landscape, collaborating with SAP experts, and customizing systems. You will advise and support users and be responsible for further development. You will also represent other IT products within your team.

Main Tasks:

• Manage the application and interfaces within BImA's IT landscape, coordinating with departments, external providers, and IT operations.
• Work closely with the SAP team, responsible for SAP system customization.
• Evaluate IT faults at 2nd and 3rd levels and develop solutions.
• Manage collaborations with external service providers.
• Handle change requests and manage their implementation within IT change management.
• Plan and oversee development steps up to go-live.
• Manage release processes for IT products.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding IT product development and rollout.

Business trips may be required, planned in advance to maintain work-life balance.

Qualifications:

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
• At least three years of practical IT experience.
• Experience in IT product management.
• Practical knowledge of content management and related IT products, preferably AI allocation managers from Administration Intelligence.
• Knowledge of SAP environment, especially interface management and customization.
• Experience working with external service providers.
• Expertise in IT requirements and change management.
• Knowledge of IT law, compliance, data protection, and security.
• Technical English skills.
