Together, we are building an environment where everyone thrives.What are we looking for?We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager for Iberia, responsible for shaping and implementing the local strategic L&D plan in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) to maximize resource efficiencies across Ricoh EMEA; ensuring that they have the right learning culture to support the business in meeting its strategic goals and priorities; driving the overall EMEA digital learning transformation within the LDC; and managing a team in Spain.What do you need?Degree / advanced degree level in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Evidence of continued professional development.Availability to travel.
Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.High level of English (C1), Portuguese should be a plus.Senior experience in L&D area for IT or Tech companies, focused in :
Business alignment and capability gap analysis.L&D Planning and Resource Management.Strategic Leadership and Service Provision.Budget Management and FUNDAE Compliance.LMS optimization and KPI Management.Driving Digital Transformation in Learning.Design and Development of L&D Programs.Facilitation and Coaching.Evaluation and Continuous Improvement.What do we offer?Work-Life Balance :
