Empresa consolidada y de referencia del sector mecanizado ubicada en Vitoria-Gasteiz busca incorporar a su equipo un/a Responsable de Seguridad y Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Este puesto es clave para garantizar la seguridad de su personal y el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes, promoviendo una cultura preventiva en todas las áreas de la compañía.
La persona seleccionada colaborará estrechamente con la dirección y el equipo de planta. Este rol tiene un enfoque práctico y dinámico, lo que implica un contacto directo con taller, además de una colaboración activa con el SPA (Servicio de Prevención Ajeno) en temas relacionados con la prevención de riesgos laborales.
Entre las funciones principales, encontramos las siguientes:
• Establecer una cultura preventiva en la compañía, fomentando la concienciación y el compromiso de todos/as los/as integrantes del equipo.
• Promover la integración de la prevención en todas las áreas de la empresa.
• Colaborar en la realización de evaluaciones y seguimientos de riesgos generales y específicos.
• Interpretar y aplicar criterios de evaluación en materia de seguridad.
• Formar al personal en áreas específicas relacionadas con la prevención de riesgos laborales.
• Definir medidas para controlar y reducir riesgos en el entorno laboral.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento de las normativas de prevención en el lugar de trabajo.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el SPA en labores relacionadas con la seguridad y prevención.

• Contrato indefinido
• Jornada completa en horario partido: de 8h a 13h y de 15h a 18h (viernes de intensivo).

¿Qué buscamos?
• Formación específica en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar, siendo especialmente valorable la experiencia en entornos industriales y del sector metal.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, con iniciativa y resolución.
• Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, capacidad de diálogo y negociación.
• Perfil orientado a la colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios y a la interacción directa con el personal de planta.
• Actitud proactiva para liderar actividades formativas y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.
