Proporcionar un servicio excepcional al cliente, conectando y mostrando un comportamiento correcto concada una de las personas que visitan nuestras tiendas (actitud, vestimenta y con un maquillaje de acuerdoa los estándares marcados por KIKO).Responsabilidades:
Cumplir con los objetivos comerciales definidos por el / la Store Manager (Experiencia del cliente, KPI's)Identificar las necesidades de un cliente a través de preguntas.Demostrar al cliente el uso adecuado del color y la aplicación.Informar a los clientes sobre las diferentes técnicas de maquillaje.Ofrecer demostraciones de productos, ayudando a los clientes a encontrar productos que satisfagan susSatisfacer las necesidades del cliente utilizando la venta cruzada.Informar a los clientes sobre los precios de los productos y de las ofertas especiales disponibles.Garantizar que la tienda cumple con todos los estándares de KIKO.Garantizar los estándares y procedimientos KIKO definidos en el KIKO STORE BOOK y que hayan sido explicados por el / la Store Manager.Contribuir al mantenimiento de la imagen de la tienda (layout, merchandising y limpieza).Reposición del stock según sea necesario.Mantener informada a la central de cualquier asunto o problema que requiera solución para conseguir la mejor experiencia cliente y los mejores resultados de KPI's (ej.
tendencias, stock, mantenimiento etc.).Garantizar la constante actualización de las tendencias del mercado.Requisitos:
Estudios de grado medio o formación equivalente.
Idealmente estudios universitarios.Muy valorable certificación profesional en maquillaje o cualquier otro curso relevante.
Las certificaciones en cosmetología serán un beneficio adicional.Un año de experiencia comprobada en el sector Retail, trabajando como asesora de belleza o un puesto similar.Imprescindible conocimiento de cosmetología y amplio conocimiento para su aplicación.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.Buenas habilidades interpersonales.Atención al detalle.Buenas habilidades de gestión del tiempo.Tolerancia a la presión.Valorable haber trabajado con KPI's.Duración del contrato:
