En este entorno dinámico y profesional, tendrás la oportunidad de contribuir al éxito del equipo desde una posición clave en el área contable y administrativa.Entre las responsabilidades del puesto se incluyen, la confección de cuentas anuales y cierre del ejercicio, así como la elaboración de informes detallados sobre la evolución de los estados contables.
También te encargarás de proporcionar información contable precisa y verificable para apoyar la toma de decisiones de la Dirección.
Además, serás responsable de realizar conciliaciones bancarias, gestionar la tramitación de avales y supervisar el control y la conformación de facturas de proveedores y acreedores.En tu día a día, colaborarás activamente con el equipo de administración, optimizando procesos y asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas fiscales y contables.
Este rol requiere una alta capacidad analítica y un enfoque orientado al detalle, ya que también participarás en la gestión de nóminas, balances y otros aspectos financieros relacionados con el funcionamiento del estudio.Funciones:
Confección de cuentas anuales y cierre de ejercicio.Elaboración de informes sobre la evolución de los estados contables.Provisión de información contable objetiva y verificable a la Dirección.Realización de conciliaciones bancarias y tramitación de avales.Gestión, control y conformación de facturas de proveedores y acreedores.Supervisión de la facturación y cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales.Gestión de nóminas y balances financieros.Apoyo en auditoríasRequisitos:
Para desempeñar este rol, debes cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Formación en Administración y/o Contabilidad.Experiencia previa de 2-3 años en funciones de administración o contabilidadValorable conocimientos en fiscalidad, contabilidad, IVA, balances, nóminas y avales bancarios.Dominio del castellano y catalán, además de ser muy valorable el manejo de una tercera lengua, especialmente inglés.Dominio de herramientas informáticas como Excel y programas de gestión empresarial.Habilidad para trabajar de forma presencial y en equipo.Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.Beneficios del puesto:
