Right now, we are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about management and the accounting area.
It must be completely natural for you to communicate with all levels of the organization and to provide service-oriented support where you function as a trust-building link between Finance & Accounting and the organization.
We would also like you to:
Passionate about the management task and has experience in managing people and processes.
Have strong collaboration skills, take an interest in the business and take responsibility.
Has a relevant education and extensive experience in an accounting department.
Has control over the set of regulations within the accounting area and knows how to seek out knowledge.
Is a super user of Excel, has a good understanding of IT systems and you are strong in working in SAP.
Is structured, persistent and good at prioritizing.
Communicates Danish and English in both writing and speech.
Has a proactive approach, high drive and personal leadership.
Your responsibilities You will be responsible for the accounting team, where some of the tasks are:
Ensure daily operations and the continued development of the accounting team.
Ensure deadlines and quality.
Carry out own operational tasks.
Manage the monthly closing and participate in the year-end.
Contact with stakeholders.
Responsible for the collaboration with GBO (Global Shared Service Center) on outsourced tasks.
Many varied and exciting ad hoc tasks and assistance across Finance & Accounting and the rest of the organization.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The position is an average of 37 hours per week on an individual contract.
Overtime is reflected in the salary.
Working hours are between 8-16 on weekdays, but we are flexible, and you can also work from home.
Salary within IKEA's salary policy based on your skills and including pension.
In this position, you will have a reference to the Country Financial Controlling & Tax Manager and the position is in the Service Office (Head Office), IKEA Taastrup.
