Business Development Representative

We are now looking for a driven New Business Development Representative to expand our consulting presence within Denmark's enterprise sector.
In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, engage key decision-makers, and contribute to delivering impactful cybersecurity consulting solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Serve the Enterprise Accounts segment with a focus on net new logo acquisition.
Act as an 'Enterprise Hunter'-proactively driving outbound activity through networking, cold outreach, and relationship building to maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
Identify, qualify, and nurture new customer opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation.
Build and cultivate relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and other technology and business leaders.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with WithSecure's consulting offerings and market needs.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value and outcomes of our cybersecurity services.
Lead contract negotiations and close new business in line with company policies and commercial best practices.
Collaborate closely with consulting, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and value realization for new clients.

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within the cybersecurity consulting or broader IT services sector.
Proven success in solution selling to enterprise clients, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and trends, and the ability to communicate technical value in business terms.
Deep knowledge of the Danish enterprise landscape, including key industries, decision-making structures, and market dynamics.
Experience engaging with senior technology leaders and navigating complex procurement cycles.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A self-starter mindset with high levels of initiative, accountability, and a genuine interest in cybersecurity and innovation.
Fluent in English; Danish & Swedish language skills are a significant advantage.
