As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, manage client relationships, and help grow our presence in the local community.
You will also handle more complex insurance cases and support team members in reaching their potential.

Why we'll love You:

• You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building authentic client relationships
• You are a master at time management, prioritizing workloads while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
• You possess 5+ years of industry experience
• You hold an Insurance Broker Level 2 license and are working towards CAIB/CIP certification (financial support provided!)

Once here, you'll:

• Work with clients to identify complex business challenges, assess their needs, and provide tailored recommendations based on underwriting principles
• Share your expertise by coaching and mentoring junior team members
