THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a talented, organized and results driven Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical implementation.
As a key member of the product team, you will work closely with the VP of Product, Business Analyst / Product Manager, CTO, and UI / UX team to translate customer needs into well-defined technical specifications and user stories.
This role requires a strong technical background and understanding of B2B SaaS products and mobile applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and refine technical requirements aligned with customer needs and the product roadmap.
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Work closely with the CTO and Engineering team to ensure clear understanding of requirements, technical feasibility, and alignment with the product vision.
Partner with UI / UX designers to create a frictionless user experience and ensure technical feasibility of designs.
Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including technical specifications and workflows.
Act as the technical subject matter expert, evaluating and selecting the right technologies and solutions.
Collaborate with the VP of Product to define the product roadmap and drive its successful execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in a Technical Product Management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Bachelor's degree, Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
Strong understanding of software development technologies and Agile methodology.
Proven experience writing user stories, technical specifications, and product documentation.
Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, cloud-based architectures, web, and mobile application technologies.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiar with UI / UX design best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Figma platforms.
Residing in Ontario or Quebec, supporting Eastern Time Zone.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP / CRM, logistics, or Workflow related SaaS platforms.
Background in Data Systems, Web, and Mobile Software Development.
Experience with Data Analytics tools and AI concepts.
A passion for sustainability and recycling, and environmental technology is a plus!
