We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our heart-centered team and support our CEO in managing and growing our successful online digital photography products business.
Our company helps thousands of creative people worldwide through courses, memberships, and online events.
The RoleYour first big project will be creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for how we do things: from launches and onboarding to managing inboxes and expense tracking. You'll document, streamline, and bring order to the behind-the-scenes so our team can move with more flow and focus.
After that, you'll step into a broader support role that includes:
Calendar & Meeting Support
Inbox & Communication
Project & Launch Coordination
Travel & Event Planning
Admin & Expense Tracking
Location: Remote work, Based in Nova Scotia
Hours: 20-30 hours/week to start
Compensation: $25-30/hr CAD depending on experience
Start Date: Flexible, ideally within the next 15-30 days
Type: Contractor, with potential for long-term growth
