We're now looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Canada who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is excited to help clients unlock the full potential of our platform.
What You'll Do You'll be the strategic partner to your clients - from onboarding to expansion:
Build trusted, long-term relationships with your portfolio of B2B clients.
Own the full customer journey - onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth.
Lead campaign launches and ensures seamless execution.
Monitor performance, analyze campaign data, and turn insights into action.
Spot early signs of churn risk and proactively address issues.
Promote best practices and help clients implement AI-powered workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support.
What We're Looking For 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role in SaaS.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRMs (2+ years preferred).
Strong communication skills - fluent English, both written and verbal.
Excellent data handling skills (Excel) and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
Product mindset - you focus on delivering client value, not just support.
AI-curious - you're already experimenting with tools like ChatGPT.
Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
