We seek a compassionate Autism Employment Facilitator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will understand the social nuances and communicative differences experienced by Autistic job seekers.
Attend shifts to assist with HR processes, training, and onboarding.
Attend job fairs and community events to stay engaged with labor market issues.
Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in employment counselling, social services, communications, or combination or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience in the community and employment sector, specifically with individuals with Autism.
Strong observational skills and understanding of social nuances.
Strong computer skills including past experience working with a customer relationship management platform
