Through acquisitions and organic growth, E360S provides municipalities and commercial customers with innovative environmental and waste management solutions.Position DescriptionWe are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Mission, BC.
This position focuses on driving business growth in biomedical and pharmaceutical disposal services.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in cold calling and B2B prospecting, and is passionate about hunting for new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities
• B2B Prospecting:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Cold Calling:
Initiate contact with potential customers to generate leads and set appointments.CRM Proficiency:
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and maintain customer information (experience with CRM is an asset).Quotations and Agreements:
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and service agreements to customers.Customer Service:
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints.Follow-Up:
Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to meet objectives and build long-term relationships.Consultative Selling:
