A leading company is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead operations at one of their flagship locations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to drive performance, lead a large, diverse team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM , offering consistency while managing a busy, high-performing store.
Lead overall store operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and store-level execution
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and labor productivity, adjusting as needed to hit targets
Oversee merchandise flow, planograms, in-stock levels, and seasonal transitions
Ensure adherence to loss prevention, safety, and compliance protocols
Execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and brand standards consistently across all departments
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance across the entire store team
Represent the brand within the local community and build strong customer relationships
5+ years in a senior retail management role, preferably in a big-box or general merchandise format
~ Proven leadership experience managing large teams (50+ staff), with strong coaching and performance management skills
~ Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced retail environment
