Salesforce Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a manufacturing company based just outside of Calgary.
This role involves working closely with the marketing team to manage Salesforce configurations, handle technical support inquiries, ensure data management and security, streamline business processes, and support the organization's marketing events.
Key responsibilities include:
collaborating with third-party Salesforce experts, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, providing IT help desk support, training users, and conducting various studies and reviews.
The bulk of this position will focus on Salesforce administration, data management, and event coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Salesforce administration, marketing, and IT support, with a passion for leveraging Salesforce to drive business success.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules), data management, user management, and security principles.
A proactive attitude towards platform enhancements, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and find solutions are essential.
The candidate should be detail-oriented and organized, specifically in event coordination, and have a marketing background with experience utilizing Salesforce for marketing purposes.
Additional relevant skills that can contribute to the marketing team are also desirable.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration changes, including automation, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
• Experience working with a marketing team Salesforce Administrator certification is an asset.
