About the Role

As National Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled managers across multiple geographical locations within Canada, guiding them to execute key sales and operational strategies. What You'll Do

Lead and Inspire:
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation while managing and mentoring a team of managers to deliver consistent results.
Drive Operational Excellence:
Oversee divisional operations, ensuring profitability and efficiency, while identifying and seizing opportunities for business improvement.
Strategize for Growth:
Analyze local and national market trends to develop competitive strategies and expand into emerging markets and channels.
Collaborate and Represent:
Serve as the company spokesperson at key industry trade shows and events. Build strong relationships with external vendors and internal teams, including negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to optimize outcomes.
Empower Teams:
Develop and implement KPIs, goals, and training opportunities for direct reports, inspiring their personal and professional growth.
Innovate with Data:
Leverage market data and analytics to create impactful business plans and drive meaningful results.
Uphold Excellence:
Promote integrity and inclusion while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

What You Bring to the Table

Leadership Expertise:
4+ years of proven management experience with advanced skills in motivating, coaching, and empowering teams to succeed.
Strategic Thinking:
Strong business acumen with a track record of aligning divisional strategies to organizational goals.
Data-Driven Problem Solving:
Expertise in analyzing data through tools like Power BI and utilizing Microsoft 365 applications for complex decision-making processes.
Exceptional Communication:
Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build relationships across stakeholders and teams.
Commitment to Growth:
A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and driving change to adapt to market needs.
Inventory and Process Expertise:
Experience in inventory management and process improvement techniques to enhance operational performance.

Preferred Qualifications

A master's degree in business, management, or related fields.
Experience in wholesale distribution, B2B sales environments, or field-based sales organizations.
Bilingual fluency (English and French), enabling effective communication across diverse markets.
