Position Overview:

LawDepot.com is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Content Implementation Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will be responsible for creating interactive web products and services that are helpful, easy to understand and a pleasure to use for our 25 million plus yearly visitors. A primary responsibility will be to research and buildnew questionnaires that customers fill out to create customized documents. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create and implement new interactive questionnaires and documents for our website
Use multiple low-code or no-code Content Management System (CMS) platforms to build and publish document templates
Conduct research and user testing to help optimize the customer experience
Write and edit questionnaire content to make the creation of document templates simple and easy for our users
Assess the viability of new features and documents to expand our selection of document templates
Prepare feature requests, ensuring clear requirements are communicated to our development team
Create project plans, track corresponding work, and make changes to the project scope when needed
Conduct peer reviews to maintain high quality standards
Collaborate with our Legal, Research, Design, Development, and QA departments to create powerful documents
Analyze the sales performance of documents to optimize project effectiveness
Explore, create and follow best practices for our web products

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Writing, Communications, Business, Library Science, Software Development (ex. DMIT), or other relevant fields
Ability to learn, work with, and troubleshoot various types of CMS platforms
Expertise in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to delivery
Ability to identify opportunities and suggest new ideas
Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify and prioritize high-impact business objectives
Experience with coding or web design would be an asset
Understanding of conversion optimization, consumer psychology, and online marketing would be an asset
