LawDepot.com is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Content Implementation Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating interactive web products and services that are helpful, easy to understand and a pleasure to use for our 25 million plus yearly visitors.
A primary responsibility will be to research and build new questionnaires that customers fill out to create customized documents.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.Primary Responsibilities:
Create and implement new interactive questionnaires and documents for our websiteUse multiple low-code or no-code Content Management System (CMS) platforms to build and publish document templatesConduct research and user testing to help optimize the customer experienceWrite and edit questionnaire content to make the creation of document templates simple and easy for our usersAssess the viability of new features and documents to expand our selection of document templatesPrepare feature requests, ensuring clear requirements are communicated to our development teamCreate project plans, track corresponding work, and make changes to the project scope when neededConduct peer reviews to maintain high quality standardsCollaborate with our Legal, Research, Design, Development, and QA departments to create powerful documentsAnalyze the sales performance of documents to optimize project effectivenessExplore, create and follow best practices for our web productsKnowledge and Skill Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Writing, Communications, Business, Library Science, Software Development (ex.
DMIT), or other relevant fieldsAbility to learn, work with, and troubleshoot various types of CMS platformsExpertise in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to deliveryAbility to identify opportunities and suggest new ideasSelf-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to identify and prioritize high-impact business objectivesExperience with coding or web design would be an assetUnderstanding of conversion optimization, consumer psychology, and online marketing would be an assetWhy You Should Join the LawDepot Team:
