About Us Under the general direction of your direct superior and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group local policies and procedures, provide support and assist in achieving a high standard of documentation and record keeping across the training function and ensure Learning & Development is moving the business forward.

Your day to day

Offer the highest standard of both specialized and general treatment in a professional manner.
Help maximize all revenue producing opportunities relating to health club service, securing new and repeat business, and establishing a loyal clientele via your committed and dedicated staff.
Maintain the trolley set up to company room standard and ensure the correct quantities of product as specified by the manufacturer are maintained throughout the day.
Be aware of any client comments or complaints, report them to the health club manager/coordinator, and log in the daily logbook.
Keep accurate records in the daily logbook.
Act promptly and calmly in the event of health problems requiring assistance from the nurse.
Be punctual, prepared in advance of each treatment, and ensure the specified treatment time is adhered to.
Follow the opening and closing procedures of each department to ensure that the treatment room setup is consistent with company standards.

you'll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling.
Literate:
you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths.
Flexible:
night, weekend, and holiday shifts are all part of the job.
Articulate:
a great communicator, you'll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
